Stefanie Wiley is the President and Owner of Hoosick Valley Contractors, representing the third generation in her family to lead and manage the company’s operations.  With more than twenty-five years of experience–including twelve as Owner–she has built a reputation for successfully leading a team of skilled professionals dedicated to turning clients’ visions into reality.

Raised in the family business, Stefanie went on to graduate summa cum laude from Siena University. Stefanie is also a graduate of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO).

Previously, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, chairing the Leadership Institute; the local chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC); and the Lansingburgh Boys & Girls Club.

Her accomplishments have been recognized by the Albany Business Review, which named her among its top 40 Under 40 business people in the Capital Region as well as one of its Women Who Mean Business. As the leader of a certified New York State Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Stefanie is passionate about changing the face of construction by advancing representation for women across the industry.
