President

As President and Owner of Hoosick Valley Contractors, Stefanie Wiley is the third generation in her family to lead and manage the company’s operations.  Working with the company for twenty-five years, she has proven success in building and managing a team of talented professionals that are able to bring clients’ visions to life.

Learning the family business at an early age, Stefanie graduated from Siena College summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. Stefanie is also a graduate of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute.  Currently, she is an active member of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and the Forum for Executive Women (FEW).

Stefanie has served on the Board of Directors for the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, chairing the Leadership Institute; the local chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC); and the Lansingburgh Boys & Girls Club.  In 2019, she served on the selection jury for the AIA Excelsior Awards which recognizes excellence by design and construction teams on publicly funded projects across New York State.

In 2011, Stefanie was honored by the Albany Business Review as one of the top 40 Under 40 business people in the Capital Region as well as one of the five Women Who Mean Business. She is proud to be a New York State certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) since 2014.
