As Vice President of Construction at Hoosick Valley Contractors, Anthony Cerone brings almost three decades of experience in construction.
From swinging a hammer to shaping strategy, Anthony has spent the last 28 years immersed in every level of the construction industry. He began his career as a carpenter right out of high school, learning the trade from the ground up. That early experience built the foundation for a career defined by hard work, growth, and a deep understanding of how great projects come together.
Over the years, he’s worn many hats—Carpenter, Project Manager, business owner, and now Vice President of Preconstruction—each role sharpening his expertise and strategic vision.
Known for excelling at building strong, collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders, Anthony works closely with clients, design teams, and internal team members to ensure every project is set up for success from day one. His deep field experience gives him a unique ability to see potential challenges before they arise—and solve them before they cost time or money.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition, where he volunteers time to educate and inspire young people about the trades and show the various career paths available.
