Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager to help lead high-quality commercial construction projects in New York’s Capital Region. Candidates must have a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices, with hands-on experience successfully managing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of trades.

– Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors & suppliers

- Resourceful, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to manage challenges proactively
- Experience in construction project management within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings and blueprints
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Proficient with construction technology platforms; Procore experience preferred
- Experience with Federal defense construction contracts is a plus
Pay: $85,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Project Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced project Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and able to work well under pressure, with a proven track record in the industry. The Project Superintendent is responsible for the on-site management of tradespeople, subcontractors and suppliers; working closely with the Project Manager to ensure a successful project completion while upholding Hoosick Valley’s high level of safety and quality standards.
Education/Experience/Skills:
➝ At least 5 years relevant construction-related experience and previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman is preferred.
➝ Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
➝ Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.

Carpenters
